In the Boothuis, right by the beautiful beach at the Bloso domain, you can take a breather from your cycling tour and enjoy the view of Hofstade lake. The Boothuis serves a simple and light pasta dish especially for cyclists taking part in this cycling project. The chef was inspired by the Italian Tirreno-Adriatico race which Eddy Merckx won several times. It’s an opening race in the pre-season in Italy, which always ends with a climb up the Poggio.
